A "Better You" mini-poster

This is an inspirational mini-poster filled with phrases that will help get you back on track, or stay on track!

Sometimes you need a little extra encouragement on your journey to a more healthier you.  After creating this mini-poster, I laminated it and then taped it to my wall near my bed. Every morning I wake up, read one of the habits, and start my day with more encouragement than before. I've realized that you never truly know how much encouraging words can help, until you receive them. Everyday I read this poster I am one step closer t my goal!

My hope is for this mini-poster to encourage and motivate you to become a more healthier you, just as this poster has done for me.
